About

The CyberSoc aims to provide for and to encourage an interest in Cyber Security among members and associates of the University of Cambridge. The full text of the constitution is available here.

Activities

The activities of the CyberSoc are advertised through their mailing list, which also serves as a members' list. Members of the University with a @cam.ac.uk email account may sign up for the list here. Those without a Cambridge email address may also join, but they are first requested to email the committee (contact details below).

Committee members may be contacted by email. Their email address is the parenthesised id (CRSid) with @cam.ac.uk appended. The Senior Treasurer of the CyberSoc is Dr Frank Stajano.

Events

Cambridge is hosting two competitive, academic cyber security events in 2017. These are the Inter-ACE Cyber Security Challenge, and the Cambridge2Cambridge Cyber Security Challenge.
